Have realistic expectations. Dr Djinovic forewarns patients: “Potential length increase depends on the original penile size (the longer the penis — the more gain that is possible, unfortunately) and whether there is presence of disease of the albuginea, such as Peyronie's disease. In a healthy, long penis — a 3-4 cm gain is expected. In a smaller penis with IPP — 2 cm.”
